Returns & Refund Policy
- • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products.
- • However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), we will assist you on a case-by-case basis.
- • Claims for damages or expired products must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- • Once a return claim is accepted, it will be processed within 72 hours. Depending on the mode of payment used, banks and payment gateways may take up to 7-12 working days to credit the amount to your account.
- • No returns or refunds will be accepted for products purchased under any promotions, discount vouchers, or during any promotional sale period.
- • Products returned without original packaging, price tags, seals, and labels will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Cancellation Policy
Orders placed through www.bouncehere.com cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued once an order has been successfully placed through www.scentlifestyle.com.

Payment Modes
We currently accept online payments only. Payments can be made using Credit cards, Debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Rupay), AMEX, and Diners Club.
We also accept payments through various wallets such as Freecharge, Ola Money, Oxigen, Airtel Money, PayZapp, Ypay, Yes wallet, Amazon Pay, and PayU Money wallet. Alternatively, you can pay through Net Banking or UPI transfers.
Pricing Policy

- • All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees.
- • All orders are acknowledged at the current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of shipping.
- • Our products are liable for GST in India.
Shipping
- • Shipping within India is free for all orders above Rs.500.
- • A flat fee of Rs.50 is applied to all orders below Rs.500.
- • Orders typically take 2-7 days for delivery once shipped.
